Customer satisfaction is Constellate’s main priority!  Each of Constellate's services carries a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of usage you will be given a full refund of the monthly fees, excluding setup fees, add-ons, overages, or Constellate's DNR domain registration.  Setup fees will be retroactively charged if waived or discounted in the original charge.  Setup fees are only refundable if the account order is canceled prior to activation.  In order to cancel your account, you must send written notification of termination via fax to (972) 739-0468 or first class mail to:
