Plain answers, partner to partner.

What follows is everything a managing partner tends to ask before an engagement: what it costs, how the work proceeds, how the platform stays secure, and why we work only with law firms. We have written the answers the way we would say them to you across a table, with no marketing varnish.

Where a claim is testable, we point you to the test rather than ask you to trust the number. Where we are still proving something out, we say so plainly. If your question is not answered here, write to us, and we will answer it the same way. Four questions, two business days.

§ I

Pricing & terms

What does it cost?

expand_more

One flat fee, posted openly: $3,950 per month per audience, where one audience is roughly one market of 250,000 to 500,000 people. Everything is included at that number: the Nitrosite build, the full SEO program, AIO, weekly Nitroblogs, two backlink campaigns a month, hosting, CDN, and SSL. There are no setup fees and no tiers. The number you see is the number in your contract.

Is there a contract, or is it month to month?

expand_more

There is a six-month initial term, then it is month to month. The initial term exists because research-first work takes a quarter or two to compound, not because we want to trap you. After it, you can leave with thirty days' notice, and we will export your content and help with the transition.

Are there hidden fees?

expand_more

No. Zero setup fees, zero hidden costs. The monthly fee covers hosting, SSL, CDN, maintenance, updates, and support. The only separate cost is third-party ad spend if you run paid campaigns, and that goes directly to Google, not to us.

Who owns the site when the relationship ends?

expand_more

You do. The site, the content, and the domain are yours throughout and afterward. We build proprietary systems you own outright, not rentals. We do not hold your domain or data hostage; if you leave, everything goes with you.

§ II

The process

What happens first?

expand_more

Research, not a build. Every engagement opens with an original study of your firm, your competitors, your market, and your ideal client. The research brief can run dozens of pages and is the blueprint for every decision that follows. It is open access; you can read it, and see its source data, at any time. We open with a study, not a pitch deck.

How long does it take to build?

expand_more

Roughly six weeks from kickoff to a launched Nitrosite, with the research running in parallel. You hold final design approval and see progress along the way. If something is not right, we iterate until it is. You never launch something you have not signed off on.

How much of my time does this take?

expand_more

About three hours in total: a short discovery call, a brand and content interview, and a design review. After launch, most clients spend well under an hour a month reviewing reports and approving content. We handle the rest so you can practice law.

I already have a site. Can you migrate it?

expand_more

Yes. We audit your current site, preserve the SEO equity and content worth keeping, and rebuild on the Nitrosite platform. We handle domain transfers, redirects, and DNS, so the transition is seamless with no lost rankings.

Do I have to write the content?

expand_more

No. We handle content in-house, guided by the research brief and an intake interview that captures your firm's voice and differentiators. You review and approve; you do not draft from a blank page.

§ III

Security & uptime

What is a Nitrosite, and why not WordPress?

expand_more

A Nitrosite is a static-first website architecture with no database, no plugins, and no login endpoints. That is the deliberate shift away from WordPress, which carries a large attack surface and constant patch maintenance. The result is Lighthouse 100 on every page, a 0.4 second load, and a security posture with essentially nothing to breach. Open Chrome, press F12, and run Lighthouse on this page; the average law firm site scores 34.

How is the site hosted and secured?

expand_more

Hosting is included and edge-deployed across more than 300 locations, so the site loads quickly wherever your visitors are. Because Nitrosites are static, there is no database to breach, no admin panel to hack, and no plugins to exploit. We back this with a 100% uptime SLA, and we have had zero security breaches.

Is it accessible and mobile-friendly?

expand_more

Yes to both. Every Nitrosite is designed mobile-first, where the majority of legal searches happen, and ships with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance. Navigation, forms, and click-to-call are built for the phone, not adapted to it.

§ IV

Why legal only

Do you only work with law firms?

expand_more

Yes, every client is a law firm. This is not a limitation; it is the advantage. Because we work only in legal, we understand bar advertising rules, legal keyword economics, and intake psychology. We do not build for dentists, plumbers, or restaurants, and we do not reuse a generic playbook on you.

Which practice areas do you serve?

expand_more

Every practice area, from personal injury and criminal defense to family law, immigration, estate planning, business law, and outside general counsel. The research is tuned to the search behavior, client psychology, and competitive dynamics of each one. See the full list under practice areas.

Will you take on my direct competitor?

expand_more

No. We hold geographic and practice-area exclusivity. If we run your personal injury program in your market, we will not take on another personal injury firm in it, so our strategies never compete against each other. We confirm exclusivity before onboarding. This is part of what it means to own your market.

Still have a question? Ask it.

If your question is not answered above, write to us with your market and we will answer it the same way we wrote these: candidly, partner to partner. We reply within two business days.
